Refund Policy for Individual Store Owners:


All projects are subject to a 30-day money-back guarantee.

  • Within the first 30 days of purchase, individual store owners may request a refund or partial refund for any reason. It's important to note that HeyCarson's Freelancers allocate their work time to accurately assess your project and develop a solution communicated to you. By making payment for the project, you consent to the offered solution, and the time spent on communication and assessment is included in the paid price. Therefore, refunds requested within the first 30 days after purchase will be subject to a 20% fee to cover Stripe refund fees incurred by HeyCarson, as well as the work time of the Freelancer spent on assessment and communication, regardless of whether any work has been initiated.
  • Refunds requested after 30 days of purchase and after work on the Project has commenced or been completed will not be granted.

Refund Policy for Agencies:


HeyCarson provides services to agencies under the expectation that agencies possess the necessary expertise to act as an intermediary party, facilitating communication with non-technical clients. Refunds will not be granted to agencies. If you are an agency engaging with HeyCarson services on behalf of your client(s), please ensure that you fully understand your clients' requirements, have discussed them with HeyCarson's freelancers, and have ensured that the desired result is achievable within the scope of our service before making payment, as such payments will not be refunded.
