Do I get a confirmation of the tweak that I submitted?
Aside from weekends, our support desk is run manually and each submission is viewed by our project managers before submitted to our team. We normally reply to acknowledge receipt of submission and let our customers know that we've started looking at their tasks unless additional information may be required.
Depending on the volume of requests, this initial reply may see some delays. However we are working hard to ensure that all of our submissions are responded to in the shortest delay possible.
