I’m within 14 days satisfaction guarantee, how can I request cancellation and refund of the plan?

If you are within 14 days guarantee, and if you have no more than 2 tasks completed with us, you can contact us via chat or via email at hello@heycarson and provide us with more details on your request. After reviewing your account we would advise you if a partial or full refund would be applicable. The refund would be processed within 5-10 business days, depending on the bank you are associated with.
