Refund for custom quotes

If we have provided you with a custom quote for your request, we can offer a full or partial refund, however, if the project is completed according to your instructions, you are not eligible for a refund. Please check our Custom Quote Refund policy.

20% of the total amount paid is non-refundable for the assessment and transaction fees.


Refund for support packs

If you purchased a support pack no more than 30 days ago and have unused hours, we can offer a partial refund if the developer hasn't started working on your request. If a developer starts working on your store and you're not satisfied with the result delivered, you are eligible for a partial refund of the remaining hours. You are not eligible for a refund after the project has been completed. Please check our Support Pack Plans Refund Policy.

Refund for subscriptions

For customers subscribed to one of our monthly subscription plans, you may request a refund within the first 14 days of your first month for any reason. Keep in mind that we offer a high-quality service that requires proper staffing and scheduling. We don’t have long-term contracts; flexibility is part of our offer - we ask you to consider this when asking for a refund. Refund requests in subsequent months can be honored only if no work has been started and will be subject to a 20% fee to cover Stripe refund fees and staffing adjustments.
