Why was I asked about my payment?

We do everything we can to identify all payments, however, we often receive requests from email addresses that do not match the one used for purchase. In this case we will need you to identify the purchase order so that we can then associate it with the e-mail address you are using to submit your tasks.

This also applies in the situation where someone else has placed the purchase for you, in which case, we need that additional information in order to confirm your purchase.
